We matched submitted tournament decklists against new, non-reprint TMT and TMC cards, then checked each card's current Modern legality. One card counts once per submitted deck even when its copies are split across multiple source rows. Copy totals and main-deck versus sideboard presence are tracked separately.
TMT is the Standard-through-Eternal set. New TMC cards are Eternal releases, so they are excluded where the current legality record says they are not legal; common Utrom Monitor remains eligible for the Pauper review under its current Scryfall legality. PZA source-material reprints are excluded because this series evaluates new cards.

Flash, an enter-or-leave tap or untap trigger, and a sacrifice outlet make the Cam useful in Oswald Fiddlebender, Emry, Grinding Station, and Song of Creation shells. The four-mana draw mode gives it a real fallback when a combo line does not materialize.
