We matched submitted tournament decklists against new, non-reprint TMT and TMC cards, then checked each card's current Legacy legality. One card counts once per submitted deck even when its copies are split across multiple source rows. Copy totals and main-deck versus sideboard presence are tracked separately.
TMT is the Standard-through-Eternal set. New TMC cards are Eternal releases, so they are excluded where the current legality record says they are not legal; common Utrom Monitor remains eligible for the Pauper review under its current Scryfall legality. PZA source-material reprints are excluded because this series evaluates new cards.

Best supported result
Trample, haste Whenever Raph & Mikey attack, reveal cards from the top of your library until you reveal a creature card. Put that card onto the battlefield tapped and attacking and the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order.
Both observed copies appeared in Reanimator shells. Haste means the seven-drop attacks immediately after reanimation or Show and Tell, and the attack trigger adds another creature to combat without paying for it.
